Glazed Carrots

4 cups carrots, diced
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/3 cup apricot preserves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon orange rind, grated
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Cook carrots until tender in salted water, about 15-20 minutes. Drain. Combine other ingredients and stir until blended. Spoon over hot carrots and toss well. Serve at once.

Serves 6-8.
