ENTRY
To receive a $20 Harveys Coupon (good toward any item(s) sold in Harveys with the exception tobacco, alcohol, gift cards, pharmacy, postage stamps, lottery tickets or services), you must do the following:

• Collect one (1) ticket each time you spend $35 or more (purchase of alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, pharmacy, postage stamps, lottery tickets and services do not count toward the $35 purchase requirement)


• One (1) ticket will be issued per transaction. Breaking up orders to receive multiple tickets in one shopping trip is not allowed.


• Collect eight (8) tickets


• Present your eight (8) tickets to Customer Service to receive your $20 Harveys Coupon by Tuesday, January 6, 2009.

Harveys will not replace tickets or $20 Harveys Coupons if lost, damaged or stolen. $20 Harveys Coupons will expire on Tuesday, January 20, 2009.

ELIGIBILITY
This offer is open only in participating Harveys stores legal to Florida, South Carolina and Georgia residents who are 18 years or older as of November 5th, 2008. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
