Prizes

• Grand Prize (1): Two (2) season tickets to any one (1) NFL team's 2012 home games of winner's choice (includes eight (8) regular season and two (2) pre-season 2012 home games). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,000.
• First Prize (6; 2 per Entry Period): Two (2) tickets to one (1) 2012 regular-season NFL game of winner's choice. ARV: $400 each.
• Second Prize (30; 10 per Entry Period): $50 gift certificate. Gift certificates are subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. ARV: $50 each.
• Third Prize (120; 40 per Entry Period): One (1) NFL t-shirt or hat. ARV: $10 each.

For Grand and First Prizes: Transportation, lodging, meals, beverages, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are winner’s responsibility. Game(s) subject to availability and change. Seating assignments at Game(s) are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. For all prizes: Winner must accept prize as stated, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Total ARV of all prizes is $9,100.

Two Ways to Enter

• Text Message To enter via text message, use your mobile phone to text SCORE to shortcode 72645. For each entry, you will receive a response text message requesting your birthdate, as well as a confirming text. Multiple messages will be required for each entry made via text. Participants must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to enter by text message and may incur a standard text message charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Message and data rates may apply. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. Text message entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered owner of the wireless number used to enter.
• Mail-In To enter without sending a text message, hand print your first and last name, your complete street address, daytime phone number, date of birth, and (optional) email address on a 3” x 5” index card or piece of paper and place your entry into an outer-mailing envelope with proper postage affixed and mail it to: Frito-Lay Super Bowl Sweepstakes, PO Box 1070, Young America, MN 55594-1070. See dates listed in the chart below regarding postmarked and received by dates for mail-in entries. Any entry postmarked in compliance with Rule #2 but not received by the date set forth therein, will be entered into the next Entry Period drawing, if any.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal U.S. residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 years of age (19 in AL or NE) or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”), the participating retailer, their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), the NFL Entities (as defined below), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelvemonth period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes).
