Harveys Opens New Store in Dublin, GA, on December 14

New Store Creates 100 Jobs; Features Pharmacy and Full-service Deli Bakery
NASHVILLE, GA – Harveys unveiled a new store in Dublin, Ga., located at 1945 Veterans Blvd. on Wednesday, December 14.
"We are dedicated to being Dublin’s hometown grocer providing excellent value on a wide variety of quality products combined with exceptional customer care," said Barry Robinson, Vice President of Harveys and Reid’s stores. "We are excited to offer local produce, custom-cut meat and a custom bakery to our Dublin customers."
Steve Logue, who has worked at Harveys for 21 years, will serve as store manager of the 35,000 square-foot facility. This store will provide 100 new jobs.
The new location also has a pharmacy. Harveys customers who do not have prescription coverage, or are under-insured, can sign up for the Harveys Healthy Saver Program. Once in the program, customers receive a 90-day supply of select maintenance medications for $10.99 each. More than 350 prescription medications are available under this program.
This new hometown grocer offers a wide selection of groceries, including a fresh produce department, full-service deli/bakery with special-order in-store decorated cakes, specialty meats, cheeses and breads, and ready-to-eat lunch and dinner buffet, such as home-style, freshly cooked meals. There is also a meat department with a wide selection of Harveys famous fresh cuts of meat and an extensive variety of package lunch meats and sausages. The store also offers a variety of convenience services for customers including greeting cards, a floral section, Western Union service, Rug Doctor rentals, Blue Rhino propane tank exchange, postage stamps, and “KeyOsk,” ATM and Coinstar machines.
Harveys began normal operating hours on Thursday, December 15. Store hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday through Sunday.

Features Pharmacy with Drive-Thru Access
NASHVILLE, Ga. — Harveys unveiled a new store in Quitman, Ga., located at 1207 West Screven St., on Wednesday, September 7.
Members of the Chamber of Commerce attended the ribbon-cutting, along with Harveys’ leadership team. The store will also offered product sampling and giveaways throughout the day.
“We are dedicated to being Quitman’s hometown grocer providing excellent value on a wide variety of quality products combined with exceptional customer care,” said Barry Robinson, Vice President of Harveys and Reid’s stores. “We are excited to continue offering local produce, custom-cut meat and a custom bakery to our Quitman customers.”
Mary Edwards-Seay, who has worked at Harveys for 20 years, will serve as store manager of the 21,000 square-foot facility. This store will employ 38 team members, with six new positions being added as a result of the new and expanded store. The store will replace the former Harveys located adjacent to the new location.
