Learn the latest trends in today's cuisine in a relaxed environment. Hone your skills and experiment with techniques such as torching, poaching, and searing properly. Try your hand at cheese making. Cooking Light


Did you enjoy all the wonderful holiday meals, but not how they look on your waistline? In this cooking course, you will learn to cook several dishes that taste divine, but are light and healthy. A Taste of Ireland


Take a culinary trip to Ireland as you learn how to prepare several traditional Irish dishes. Starting with Irish soda bread, lamb Irish stew and Colcannon, and ending with a special float, you will delight in tasting everything you prepare during this class. Mom and Me Cooking


Share the love of cooking with your child! Spend a Saturday morning having a blast and learning some new recipes! Not only will Mom and child have the opportunity to learn some new cooking techniques and terms, they will also get the chance to eat their own magnificent creations!
